The sign of the EL GATO restaurant at the foot of the Sant’Andrea bell tower in Chioggia is history. And in a city of fishermen, the raw material can only be fish! The lagoon offers authentic masterpieces and in the kitchen there is always something to fillet, boil and freshly savour; raw fish above all, inspired by beauty, prepared with wisdom, but also Catalan boiled style, original and appreciated dishes that have made the chef famous.
Exquisite reception, natural wood decorated rooms. All the tables coordinated in shades of white and sand, sober maritime elegance. Quite an experience!
