Since 1986, this recipe, with a few changes, has been present in the Barone Rosso menu, becoming one of the symbols of the pizzeria’s proposal.
The area is historically home to high-quality horticultural production, so we wanted to pay homage to this land by using the raw topping technique to obtain a pizza in which the characteristic ingredients maintain a high level of crispness and freshness. The quality of the ingredients and a non-invasive preparation technique are the basis of the ethical choice that involves the use of high-quality local products, together with the simplicity and characteristics of the dough.
